Level99 May Be Coming to Disney Springs
It looks like something new may be brewing at Disney Springs, as a new Notice Under Fictitious Name published in the Orlando Sentinel suggests that Level99 is opening a Walt Disney World location.
Before we get into what the filing means, let’s start at square one.
A Notice Under Fictitious Name is a legal document that informs the public that a business will operate under a name different from its legally registered title. In the state of Florida, the notice is required to be published in a local newspaper.
In this instance, Open World Entertainment LLC has announced that it will operate under the fictitious name Level99. Additionally, its notice lists Disney Springs as the company’s mailing address.
So, what is Level99?

A quick Google search reveals that Level99 is an entertainment venue that describes itself as ” a first-of-its-kind destination for adults featuring real-world, interactive social gaming with over 50 physical and mental challenges set in artistic environments.”

According to its website, Level99 offers themed room challenges, player-vs.-player duels, and local art exhibitions.
“At Level99, you are working with your friends to discover new challenges, collect all the stars, find digital treasure and master new experiences,” the company explains.
When (and Where) Will Level99 Open
There is no indication of where the Level 99 venue will open at this time. Additionally, Open World Entertainment LLC was only incorporated in Florida last week, so it looks like the project is in the early stages of development.

If and when the new Level99 does open, the most likely scenario is that it moves into the former NBA Experience (DisneyQuest) building.
This early in the process, however, that is just speculation.
For now, all we can definitively say is that something is brewing at Disney Springs, and it looks like Level99 is on the way.
