Disney on Ice Serves as the Backdrop For Magical Baltimore Proposal
A Disney on Ice performance delivered some extra magic last weekend, as a local couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day!
According to a report from FOX45 News, Baltimore-native Richard proposed to his girlfriend Sydney in front of a packed house when Disney on Ice: Mickey’s Search Party made its return to Maryland last Friday.
Richard plotted the magical moment after learning that Disney on Ice would be performing in his neighborhood over Valentine’s Day. Knowing that Sydney was a massive Disney fan, he knew he couldn’t pass up the opportunity.

The Big Moment
In front of the glimmering ice rink, Richard got down on one knee and popped the big question. As the suspense hung in the air, the crowd began to loudly cheer.
Thankfully, Sydney said yes!
Richard and Sydney had a magical moment at Disney on Ice.
After the successful proposal, the audience erupted. It was a magical moment and the perfect start to what will hopefully be a fairy tale life together.
The couple was all smiles after the proposal, and Richard was surely relieved! Once again, Disney played a major part in making real-life magic happen.
