Marketplace Co-Op at Disney Springs To Hold Two Different Book Signings This Weekend
While Disney Springs is world-renowned for its entertainment, shops, and dining establishment, it is also a great place to meet the artists, writers, and Imagineers who make Disney magic happen.
Frequently, the stores at Disney Springs hold book signings or meet-and-greet opportunities that allow fans to get to know these artists on a personal level.

To that end, I am happy to announce that two new book signing events will be taking place at the Marketplace Co-Op on February 15.
‘A Portrait of Walt Disney World: 50 Years of The Most Magical Place on Earth’
From 11 AM until 1 PM, Tim O’Day, Steven Vagnini, Kevin Kern, and Faviola Garza will hold court at the Marketplace Co-Op to sign their book, A Portrait of Walt Disney World: 50 Years of The Most Magical Place on Earth.

Released to commemorate Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, the book “paints a robust portrait of the Walt Disney World Resort through more than 100 vibrant voices and 500 rare Disney theme park visuals, including concept art, photographs, and ephemera.”
‘Groundbreaking Magic’
Later in the day, Disney Legend Martha Blanding and Tim O’Day will be signing their book “Groundbreaking Magic.”
Released last year, the book recounts Blanding’s extraordinary life and career.

“An empowering and moving story of a young woman from South Central Los Angeles (Watts and Compton) who took a chance, defied the odds, and became the first-ever Black American to achieve a half-century-long career with The Walt Disney Company,” the book’s synopsis reads.
Blanding and O’Day will meet fans and sign books from 3 PM until 6 PM at Marketplace Co-Op.
