It’s absolutely NO secret that Disney World is a hustling, bustling place. But over at Disney’s Old Key West Resort, you can truly let your hair down!
When it’s time to unwind, there’s nothing better than a refreshing beverage and a serving of Conch Fritters!

These are available at both Olivia’s Cafe and Gurgling Suitcase.
We got ours at Gurgling Suitcase, where the menu includes a handful of tempting options.

Unsurprisingly, the Conch Fritters ($15) are the star of the show! They’re made with Olivia’s Famous Recipe, served with Key Lime Mustard. You can also opt to substitute Savory Hushpuppies and Honey Butter.
The fritters are served fried, and ours came out VERY hot.

The texture is crispy on the outside, but pleasantly soft on the inside. While the bread-like filling is tasty and the conch is nice and fresh, we’d have liked a little MORE of that delicious conch meat.

Still, the Conch Fritters paired perfectly with the Key Lime Mustard dipping sauce, which is tart and tangy with the perfect amount of kick!
We could really taste the key lime in the dipping sauce, and it honestly made the dish.
