EVEN MORE Lightning Lane Premier Passes Have Sold Out at Disney World This Month
Just weeks after the Walt Disney World Lightning Lane Premier Pass was made available to all guests, the popularity of the premium offering continues to skyrocket.
As a quick recap, the Premier Pass was introduced last October as the highest-tier Lightning Lane pass. Initially exclusive to Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests, the pass allows a one-time entry to each Lightning Lane experience at one park.

Additionally, guests do not need to schedule their arrival for each Lightning Lane attraction. They can simply show up and ride!
Multiple February Dates Had Already Sold Out
The last time we checked in, the Magic Kingdom Premier Pass had already sold out for ten different February dates. Additionally, the Hollywood Studios Premier Pass had sold out on February 16.
Now, just days later, we have even more sellouts to report.
Even More Sellouts?!
A quick look at the Walt Disney World app shows that the Magic Kingdom Lightning Lane Premier Pass is now unavailable on February 18 and 19. That means the premium pass has sold out at Disney’s flagship park for the next eight days.
The pass also sold out yesterday, making it nine straight days that the Magic Kingdom Premier Pass has been snapped up. Clearly, demand is high.
Additionally, the Hollywood Studios Premier Pass has sold now sold out on February 15, meaning the pass is now unavailable on both Saturday and Sunday.
The Lightning Lane Premier Pass Is in High Demand
Based on how the Premier Pass is selling, it appears that guests are tailoring their park visits based on its availability.
As Disney announced that Premier Pass prices will increase in March, it is also possible that guests are trying to capitalize on the (relatively) lower prices.

No matter the reasoning, one thing is clear- the Walt Disney World Premier Pass has officially become a hot-ticket item.
