PHOTOS: Adorable Malayan Great Angus Pheasant Chicks Arrive at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
While Disney’s Animal Kingdom is home to some of the most immersive environments, awe-inspiring attractions, and delicious cuisine that Walt Disney World has to offer, anyone who has visited the park knows that the animals are the real stars.
For the past couple of weeks, Bakso-mania has swept Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and guests have flocked to the Maharajah Jungle Trek to see the Sumatran Tiger Cub.

As it turns out, however, Bakso is not the only new addition to the Animal Kingdom family.
The Newest Stars of Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Dr. Mark Penning, Vice President of Animals, Science, and Environment, took to Instagram to announce that new Malayan great argus pheasant chicks have arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
The adorable chicks can be seen in the Maharajah Jungle Trek’s aviary.

According to Dr. Penning, they currently follow their mother around the enclosure. The chicks, however, will quickly become independent.

So, next time you visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom, make sure you stop by the Maharajah Jungle Trek. For those who don’t know, the attraction is found in the Asia section of the park.
Between Bakso and the new pheasant chicks, you never know who you are going to see!
