Refurb Roundup: Disneyland Announces Indiana Jones Adventure Refurbishment; Mission: BREAKOUT Reopening Date
If you have been reading along here at MickeyBlog, you know that February and March are shaping up to be big months for refurbishments at Disneyland Resort.
Over the last few weeks, Disney has announced temporary closures for the Disneyland Monorail, Disneyland Railroad, Grizzly River Run, Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT!, and “it’s a small world.”
With Disneyland’s 70th anniversary on the horizon, the resort is clearly attempting to spruce up as many attractions as possible.

If you have an upcoming trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, I have some good news and some bad news. Here is the latest from Disneyland.
Indiana Jones Adventure Will Close For Refurbishment in March
Indiana Jones Adventure will close for refurbishment on March 17, 2025.
At this time, it is unclear how long the refurb will last, as the Walt Disney World calendar shows it closed indefinitely.
As the attraction’s special effects have been unreliable lately, it is likely that the refurbishment will just be a spruce-up and not something overly dramatic.
Hopefully, we learn more soon.
Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT! Reopening Date
While guests visiting Disneyland in March will surely be disappointed to hear that Indiana Jones Adventure is closing, there is good news!

According to the Disneyland calendar, Guardians of the Galaxy — Mission: BREAKOUT! will reopen on March 21.
As we previously reported, the attraction is expected to close on March 10. So, it looks like the refurbishment will be a short one.
