Disneyland Honors Firefighters and First Responders with Heroes Ticket
In an inspiring show of gratitude, Disneyland Resort is rolling out the Heroes Ticket, a special offer designed to thank the brave first responders who fought the recent fires in Los Angeles.
This initiative invites these heroes and a guest to enjoy a well-deserved day of magic at the Happiest Place on Earth.

“We are inspired by the endless dedication and contributions of the heroes who battled the fires that took place in the LA area, and our gratitude for their service is immeasurable,” said Disneyland Resort President Ken Potrock.
“We hope these heroes can enjoy a memorable day with a loved one at our parks because they certainly deserve it.”

The Heroes Ticket is available to eligible California firefighters, Los Angeles-based law enforcement personnel, and emergency medical technicians who aided in combating the fires in January 2025.
It also extends to individuals from other departments who provided assistance.

The ticket is valid May 5 – August 7, 2025, Mondays through Thursdays, with theme park reservations.
Details regarding eligibility, verification requirements, and registration will be communicated directly to qualifying fire, police, and sheriff’s departments in April.

In addition to the Heroes Ticket, The Walt Disney Company is contributing to relief efforts in numerous ways:
- $15 million was pledged toward immediate response and rebuilding efforts in the LA area.
- Disney VoluntEARS created “comfort kits” and collected 200,000+ essential items for impacted families.
- Disney “LA Strong” t-shirts are available on DisneyStore.com, with $25 per sale donated to the American Red Cross.
