Disneyland Wait Times for February 2025
At Disneyland Resort, we raced straight from the holiday season into the Lunar New Year.
That’s one of the reasons why The Happiest Place on Earth remains so vibrant after all these years.

Cast Members keep uncovering new ways to keep the magic alive in an ever-changing world.
Still, January isn’t December, which means that we’re no longer in the busy season at the parks. In fact, it’s the opposite.

So, let’s take a look back at the month that was in the Disneyland wait times for February 2025.
About Disneyland Park
As I just indicated, we’re examining the wait times for the previous month, even though I call it the February update.
In case you missed an eventful few weeks, Disneyland Resort narrowly avoided tragedy in January.

Many parts of Southern California were wiped out due to raging brushfires.
I’m confident that you know the deal here, but just in case you don’t, this is a YouTube computer expert I follow describing it:
Please take a moment to imagine how you’d feel if you went on a trip but then received a phone call that your home was gone.
That’s an unimaginable horror that 16,000 Californians are currently experiencing.
The outbreak forced the closure of several theme parks, including Universal Studios Hollywood.

Management at that park absorbed a social media drubbing for reopening the place far too soon.
Disney officials were more fortunate in that the fires never reached the part of Anaheim where Disneyland resides.

So, there was never a question about closing the park, but the smoky environment forced many Southern Californians to evacuate.
Thus, attendance was down for a significant portion of the month.

Sadly, that’s a factor in today’s discussion, although a completely trivial one in the greater scheme.
The MUCH greater concern is that many Cast Members lost their homes in the fire or were at least temporarily displaced.

Let’s keep their situation in mind while we talk about what’s supposed to be a happy subject: Disneyland wait times.

“it’s a small world” in Disneyland
Overall, guests waited for an average of 30 minutes per attraction, which is up one from December.
That happened in spite of the fact that it was January, the slow season, and a catastrophe was unfolding in the surrounding area.

Notably, this is the same wait time as January 2024, which I find rather incredible, given what has transpired.

Overall, DCA guests waited for an average of 32 minutes per attraction, which is one minute more than last time.
So, both theme parks increased their wait times for December.

Yes, that’s a bit odd. I honestly have no idea whether the explanation involves higher attendance or staffing issues, though.
