Chloe Bennet Joins the ‘Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie’
Fans got quite the surprise earlier this week when the Jonas Brothers announced they were coming home to Disney for a Christmas movie set to be released later this year.
With the working title of Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie, the film will see Nick, Joe, and Kevin “face a series of escalating obstacles as they struggle to make it from London to New York in time to spend Christmas with their families.”
Produced by 20th Television, the Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie will be directed by Jessica Yu and written by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger. Justin Tranter will serve as executive music producer and write the film’s original songs.

As the Jonas Brothers rose to fame through their records on Disney-owned Hollywood Records, starring roles in the Camp Rock franchise, and through their own sitcom, J.O.N.A.S., fans were thrilled to hear that the brothers were returning to Disney.
Chloe Bennet Has Signed On
While much of the Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie remains under wraps, Variety has reported that Chloe Bennet will play Joe Jonas’s love interest in the film.
“Bennet’s character, Lucy, is a cardiothoracic surgeon and childhood friend of Joe’s. Sparks fly when they bump into each other at the airport,” Variety explained.

Bennett is best known for portraying Daisy Johnson/Quake in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and voicing Yi in the Abominable franchise.
When Will the Film Be Released?
While Disney has not revealed a release date for the Jonas Brothers Christmas Movie, the film is expected to land on Disney+ this holiday season.
