Yup, we’re talking about all-time favorites like the School Bread from Norway and — my personal favorite — the Werther’s Original Gingerbread Caramel Cookie Sandwich from the Germany pavilion.

Now, we’re turning our attention to a refreshingly sweet and frozen treat: the Kakigōri Japanese Shaved Ice from Kabuki Cafe!

Nestled into EPCOT’s beautiful Japan pavilion, Kabuki Cafe is the perfect pit stop on a hot Florida day.

The menu includes a variety of refreshing treats, including sushi, sake slushies, and of course, Kakigōri shaved ice!

We opted for the rainbow flavor, which consists of strawberry, cherry, melon, and tangerine shaved ice.

For $1.50, you can also add the creamy sweet milk topping. The milk topping adds an extra level of sweetness to the shaved ice and is a great addition to take things up a notch.
