Over at L’Artisans des Glaces, you’ll find a tantalizing array of sweet, cold treats — including 16 flavors of artisan ice cream and sorbet.

You can get a single or double scoop of any flavor, or splurge for a specialty like the Ice Cream Martini ($14.95) or the Café Glacé ($9.50).

Today, we opted for the Croque Glacé ($10.95), which includes one scoop of ice cream and your choice of sauce in a warm, homemade brioche.
Upon entering the shop, you’ll order and then wait for a Cast Member to call you over to the ice cream case, where you’ll choose your flavor and sauce.

After we asked a Cast Member for their recommendations, we opted for the caramel ice cream and topped it off with the caramel sauce.
Then, the Cast Member drew a little Mickey head on the brioche…

…and served it up in an adorable “newspaper” wrapper!

The Croque Glacé is RIDICULOUSLY popular — and for good reason, too! It’s honestly one of the BEST snacks you can get in Disney World.

The warm brioche is salty and slightly sweet and plays beautifully with the cold and creamy ice cream.
