ICONIC DISNEY SNACKS: School Bread from Norway in EPCOT
We’ve been covering some absolutely iconic snacks in Disney World over the past few months, from Dole Whip to Cheeseburger Pods to giant pretzels!

DOLE Whip
And now, it’s time to take a look at another iconic snack that can be found over in EPCOT. Let’s go!
School Bread
This is the School Bread from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion!
School Bread is a sweet roll filled with custard and dipped in coconut that you can get for $4.99. Sometimes, it even has a seasonal decoration on top!
This bread is usually served chilled, so it’s easy to eat even in those hot Florida summers.
The roll itself has a bit of sweetness to it, but not much. The sweetness is more found in the custard!
The roll is dense in its consistency and we can tell that it’s been freshly baked.
The custard is like a sweet cream and is very tasty! You can find it mostly inside of the roll, but there is a little bit on top.
You do need to like coconut to enjoy this treat because of all the coconut on top. If you do like coconut, this is a welcome bit of texture to the otherwise soft treat!
This is an iconic snack for EPCOT that a lot of people love, including us! It’s not overly sweet, can be easily shared with someone else, and can be eaten at any time of the day.
