It’s almost always a good day when we get to try out some new food at Disney World! And that means we have good days pretty often because Disney regularly adds some new eats to their menus.

El Mercado de Coronado at Coronado Springs Resort
Today, we heard about some new noodle offerings over at a Disney World Resort Hotel, so come along with us to check them out!
NEW Ramen Bar at Coronado Springs
There are some new ramen offerings now available at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort!
You can find them inside El Mercado de Coronado. The station can be found towards the back of the food area!
First up, there is the new Beef Ramen, which is tender teriyaki beef over yakisoba noodles in a rich beef broth topped with a hard-boiled egg, edamame, shredded carrots, mushrooms, scallions, crispy garlic, and sesame seeds. $18
The other new dish is the Vegetable Ramen for $16. This one comes with yakisoba noodles in a flavorful vegetable broth, topped with a hard-boiled egg, edamame, shredded carrots, mushrooms, pickled ginger, cucumber slices, scallions, crispy garlic, sesame seeds, and nori.
We decided to go with the Beef Ramen! We were excited to try it because this is a new item and experience at the Disney World hotels.
The ramen is served with chopsticks and a spoon. They also have sriracha and soy packets available for you to add if you wish.
Right now, the ramen is served in a rectangular dish. But, we were told by Cast Members that it will actually be in a bowl in the future.
The broth is rich with flavor and there’s a tiny bit of a kick! It’s actually a little spicy and hasn’t been toned down for Disney, which is what happens with other “spicy” dishes a lot of the time.
There is a really nice garlic flavor, which could definitely be from that friend crunchy garlic that’s used as a topping! We also found that there’s a good ratio of noodles to toppings, which is very important.
The edamame and carrots add a great fresh element to the dish and some crunch! We’re also loving the occasional mushroom in the dish.
The beef is tender and has a sweetness to it that goes well with the broth.
The dish is unique and a great portion size, so it’s filling. We really enjoyed it, especially during these colder winter months!
We would recommend this to anyone who enjoys these flavors and is looking for a hearty, warming dish while you’re at Coronado Springs Resort.
Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
