Tropical Flavors Abound at Vibrante & Vívido at EPCOT’s 2025 Festival of the Arts
If you’ve been patiently awaiting the arrival of EPCOT’s 2025 International Festival of the Arts, TODAY IS YOUR DAY!
In case you missed it, the fan-favorite festival kicks off TODAY, January 17th, and runs through Monday, February 24th, bringing exclusive merchandise, exciting live entertainment, amazing art demonstrations, mouth-watering outdoor kitchens, and SO MUCH MORE to the park!

Naturally, we couldn’t WAIT to sample all the festival has to offer, so our team showed up bright and early to bring you all the details LIVE from EPCOT’s most artistic event!
We’ve already stopped by Figment’s Inspiration Station and El Artista Hambriento, and now it’s time to tickle our tastebuds at Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina.

Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina
Nestled snuggly between EPCOT’s Morocco and France pavilions, Vibrante & Vívido: Encanto Cocina offers flavorful – and colorful! – cuisine inspired by Disney’s hit animated film Encanto.

This year, the menu includes two savory food items: the Chorizo and Potato Empanada with turmeric aïoli and annatto aïoli and the Spicy Ajaco Soup with guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, potato, avocado, corn, and créme fraîche.

There’s also one sweet treat — the Passion Fruit-filled Mango Cheesecake — and several beverage options. These include the NEW Collective Arts Guava Dream Blonde Ale and the Layered Tropical Berry Smoothie.

Today, we chose the non-alcoholic Layered Tropical Berry Smoothie ($5.00).

The fruity smoothie has a strong Pina Colada flavor, with notes of strawberry and wild berries. This refreshing concoction is like a beach vacation in a cup!
