Food & Drinks
Here, we started with the new Citrus-braised Beet Tartare with golden beet “egg yolk,” mustard vinaigrette, pickled mustard seeds, pickled mushrooms, spiced pistachios, and “feta” snow for $5.50. This is a plant-based dish and it’s one on The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine.
This is a super pretty dish — we’re giving it a 10/10 for presentation! And, the flavor is good as well.
The beets are tender and the golden one in the middle adds a nice brightness to the dish. The pistachios had a bit of an odd texture and were spicier than expected, but the spice worked well when you combined the nuts with everything else.
The pickled mustard seeds and mushrooms also added a good balance to the earthy beet flavor!
We also got the returning Wild Mushroom Risotto with aged parmesan, truffle shavings, and zinfandel reduction for $9.75. This is also plant-based!
This is very delicious! It is a small portion, but it’s a very rich dish so the portion size is actually perfect.
There’s a good variety of mushrooms in here and the truffle flavor isn’t too overpowering. We would definitely get this one again!
For drinks here, you can get the retruning Whole Hog Brewery Raspberry Chéret Double Radler, which is $5.75 for 6 oz. and $9.75 for 12 oz. You can also get the Schlumberger Cuvée Klimt Brut for $9, Meeker Winemaker’s Handprint Merlot for $11, or the Frozen Scotch Cocktail, which is a scotch and herbal tea garnished with a chocolate nail for $15.50.
Stay tuned for more from the 2025 EPCOT Festival of the Arts!
