Cameras at the Ready
Photo ops! What better way to express your creativity than to take some fun, inspired snaps? Thankfully, there are so many fabulous places to pose all across EPCOT during the festival, and we’ve gathered some of our favorites right here to show you.
The full list of picture frame photo ops is as follows:
- International Gateway: Luncheon of the Boating Party – Pierre-Auguste Renoir
- The American Adventure Pavilion: Washington Crossing the Delaware – Emanuel Gottlieb Leutze
- Between Italy Pavilion and Germany Pavilion: Mona Lisa – Leonardo da Vinci
- Bridge to World Showcase: Mary Poppins
- Bridge to World Showcase: Sleeping Beauty
- Near Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana: Moana
With that, let’s go find some photo ops!
Mary Poppins Photo Op
We hope you’re ready for a “jolly holiday,” as this first photo op is Mary Poppins-themed!
Located on the bridge leading into the World Showcase, this colorful spot allows guests to step right into the classic Poppins scene, and snap a photo alongside those adorable dancing penguins.
Isn’t it cute?
Sleeping Beauty Photo Op
Located right next to the Mary Poppins portrait is a similar photo spot, this one inspired by Sleeping Beauty.
The picture is straight out of the movie’s “Once Upon a Dream” scene, and we’re sure you’ll snap some fabulous photos dancing along with those woodland characters!
Washington Crossing the Delaware
The next photo op we have to show you is a little more historical and can be found over at the American Adventure pavilion.
Inspired by the famous painting entitled Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanuel Gottlieb Leutze, this photo op allows guests to step into the painting itself, becoming Washington’s crew as he embarks on his mission!
This photo op is always a firm favorite at the Festival of the Arts, as you really can have a lot of fun posing with it!
Mona Lisa and The Scream
Over between the Italy and Germany pavilions, another two famous paintings have been made into fun photo ops.
Here, we’ve got the backdrops to the Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci, and The Scream by Edvard Munch.
Would you be able to step inside those frames and replicate the iconic poses held by the paintings’ subjects?
It’s definitely a fun one to try!
Moana Photo Op
Heading back to the movies, the next photo op we have to show you is inspired by the beautiful island of Motunui from Disney’s Moana.
This spot is located just near Journey of Water and takes inspiration from the spectacular artistry used in the movie.
After all, who wouldn’t want to pose on the perfect Polynesian island, especially if you’re joined by Hei Hei and Pua!
Next to the backdrop, there’s a bit of a text advertising the newly-opened Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. That’s quite a fun link to Disney’s newest property development here at the festival!
Stay tuned for one more photo op!
