Menu
Here’s a look at the menu of the new booth!
Food & Drinks
First up, we got the new Soft Shell Crab Slider which comes with green papaya slaw and mango ketchup on toasted brioche for $7.50.
We really liked the flavors and textures here! It’s seasoned well and there’s a good amount of kick to the crab.
We got some great crunch from the slaw! The toasted brioche was a good choice here because it held up to everything inside the sandwich.
The crab was cooked well but it is a little bit on the fishy side, so if you’re not a seafood fan, skip this one. If you do like crab, you should enjoy this unique spin on a slider!
Next, we got the new Cheddar and Chive Scone with smoked salmon salad topped with crème fraîche and caviar for $7.50.
This is pretty salty thanks to the combo of the salmon, capers, and the scone itself. The salmon is also very smoky, so ya gotta love salmon to enjoy this one!
The crème fraîche really helped balance out the flavors here and it went great with the caviar. This is another win for seafood lovers!
Finally, we got the new Enchanted Rose dessert, which is a milk chocolate rose with raspberry and rose center for $6.50. This is also an item on The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine.
We liked the outside shell texture of this dessert — it had a nice crunch. But, the inside was a little bit too gelatinous for us.
The rose flavor was a bit too floral in our opinion and it really overpowered the other flavors In the dessert. We did like the shortbread underneath, but overall, we wouldn’t get this again.
For drinks here, you can get the new Parish Brewing Co. SIPS Candy Paint Berliner Weisse, new von Trapp Brewing Bohemian Pilsner, or new Crooked Can Brewing Company Fantasia Fusion IPA — all of these are $5.75 for 6 oz. or $9.75 for 12 oz. Or, get all 3 of them in a Beer Flight for $10.25.
If you’re more into wine, you can get the Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve Champagne for $12, Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage Champagne for $12, Katherine Goldschmidt Cabernet Sauvignon for $15, or the Martin Ray Chardonnay for $7.
