Get Deconstructed at This EPCOT Festival of the Arts Booth
Today is the day—the 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has just begun, and MickeyBlog is here to give you a first look at all of the fun!
We are checking out the latest offerings at this year’s festival, and you don’t want to miss out on the new merchandise, entertainment, and, of course, delicious eats! Stay in the know with our FULL GUIDE right here.
Now, let’s go check out one of the returning food booths, the Deconstructed Dish.
The Deconstructed Dish
The Deconstructed Dish is located near the Refreshment Station hosted by Coca-Cola. The booth offers deconstructed food and a creative take on some traditional cuisine.

Food & Drinks
There are a lot of delicious eats over here! You can grab the returning Deconstructed BLT for $7.25, which has pork belly, soft-poached egg, onion bread pudding, watercress espuma, and tomato jam.
The onion bread pudding has a nice flavor and goes well with the sweet tomato jam on top. The pork belly is crispy and the sauce adds a nice fresh, herbal flavor to the dish!
You can also get the returning Deconstructed Key Lime Pie! This is flexible Key lime curd, “Key lime” mousse, graham cracker cake, and meringues for $6.50 and is an item on The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine.
The texture of the lime curd is interesting, but the flavor is great — it’s a perfect blend of sweet and tart. This pairs well with the moist graham cracker cake and other elements to make up a wonderful dessert!
For drinks, you can get the returning Deconstructed Strawberry Mint Julep for $4.75, which is a frozen mint and simple syrup blend with strawberry purée.
There’s also an alcoholic version of this drink with Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon for $12. Note that it’s definitely heavy on the bourbon!
We recommend adding in that strawberry purée in the tube and mix it up for a better taste! But, we do think the flavors here are a bit artificial tasting.
Finally, you can get the Wicked Weed Brewing Blank Canvas Belgian Blonde Witbier, which is $5.75 for 6 oz. and $9.75 for 12 oz.
