WATCH: Pixar Releases New ‘Win or Lose’ Trailer as Series FINALLY Gets Ready to Premiere
After years in development, the first Pixar original streaming series will finally arrive on February 19 when Win or Lose premieres on Disney+.
Initially announced in December 2020, Win or Lose will follow the story of the Pickles, a co-ed middle school softball team, and the events leading up to their championship game.
Each episode of the series will be told from the perspective of a different player or parent, allowing viewers to see what the world looks like through their eyes.

“The series reveals what it actually feels like to be in the shoes of each character — the insecure kids, their helicopter parents, even a lovesick umpire — with incredibly funny, very emotional and uniquely animated perspectives,” Pixar teased.
The Series Has Been Delayed Numerous Times
For those following the development of Win or Lose, the show’s premiere has been a long time coming. Initially, the series was expected to debut in December 2023.

Subsequently, the show was delayed until December 6, 2024. Then, when Inside Out 2 turned out to be a record-breaking hit for Pixar, the studio decided to fast-track Dream Productions and delay Win or Lose again.
Now, just over a month until the show’s premiere, Pixar has released a new trailer for Win or Lose.
