How You Can STILL Celebrate the Holidays in Disney World!
The holiday season is a blast in Disney World! It’s a great time to visit and check out the special festival at EPCOT, all of the decorations, the new merchandise, and more.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
You have a pretty big window to visit and enjoy the holiday fun, too, since Disney basically starts decorating right after Halloween. But, this year, we’ve noticed that the window is even longer because decorations are still up in some of the parks!
Holiday Decorations Still Up in Disney World
Walking around EPCOT today, we noticed that almost ALL of the holiday decorations are still up around the World Showcase! The main Christmas tree is gone, but everything else is still decked out.
The stage for JOYFUL! A Celebration of the Season is even still set up!
Let’s take a stroll around the showcase to look at everything! Starting in Mexico, there are still holiday garlands on the outdoor buildings.
Here’s a closer look!
Festive flourishes are still framing the entrance to La Hacienda de San Angel.
And, there are even garlands inside the pyramid, too!
Norway is no different — check out the wreaths and garlands around Kringla Bakeri og Kafe.
And, decor is still on the lamp posts!
Germany might be the pavilion with the most holiday spirit, still!
There are garlands over the stores…
…and Karamell-Kuche!
This pavilion was just MADE for holiday decorations.
Here’s another look!
In the model train village, the 2024 Festival of the Holidays flags are still up.
Moving next door to the Italy Pavilion, we found more decorations!
These are very pretty as well.
In the American Adventure Pavilion, the Christmas tree is still up!
The garland is also still up on the buildings…
…kiosks…
…and even the food booth is still decorated, even though the signage has switched over for Festival of the Arts (which starts on Friday!).
The France Pavilion is the same — the food booth is decorated but with a sign for the Festival of the Arts booth.
The other decorations are still up in France as well, like the snowflakes…
…garlands…
…and more!
The International Gateway is still decorated, too, with garlands up outside of World Traveler.
Moving on to the United Kingdom Pavilion, it’s all decked out!
The lamp posts are decorated…
…as are the stores on the outside…
…and inside!
It’s very quaint over here.
Finally, we found some festive decorations still up in the Canada Pavilion!
Here’s another look:
The lamp post decor is so fun in Canada!
We also have to mention that the giant Christmas tree is still up outside the entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
The garland is up on the entrance, too.
This is the longest we’ve ever seen Disney keep the decorations up, which is great news for guests!
If you couldn’t make it to Disney World before the end of the year, this is a great opportunity to still celebrate the holiday spirit in the parks! You can avoid the huge holiday crowds and still take in those festive decorations.
