The Edison hosts several amazing special events throughout the year, including the Cocktail Archives, The Mixology Series, and more.
The classes debuted in 2024 at Disney Springs and were so popular they are coming back!

Shaken & Stirred is back at The Edison! These exciting classes are for novices and enthusiasts alike, featuring flavorful spirits and tasty sips from around the world.
The popular series is a journey of flavors, with each class offering a unique hands-on experience guided by a private bartender.
Guests will explore the world of high-quality spirits and uncover the secrets of expertly crafted cocktails.
The event includes delicious tastings and includes light bites.

- February 1: Absinthe and Absinthe Cocktails
- February 15: The Old Fashioned – A Deep Dive
- March 1: Mixology 101 – Building off the Basics
- March 15: Whiskeys of the World – Japan
- March 29: Tequila, Agave and Margaritas
