Season Six of ‘Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir’ To Debut on Disney Channel This Month
Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir is set to return on January 25 for its highly-anticipated sixth season.
For those who don’t know, Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir follows the adventures of two teens, Marinette and Adrien, who transform into superheroes to fight crime in Paris.
The series is a spinoff of the popular Miraculous franchise, which has amassed tens of millions of views on YouTube. Disney Branded Television ordered two new seasons of the hit series last year, in addition to three animated specials.
A New Look
Unlike previous seasons of the series, producers hired the gaming platform Unreal Engine to create new visuals for the sixth season. The final result is a new look for Ladybug and Cat Noir.

“Our audiences resonate with this coming-of-age series about ordinary kids learning the importance of believing in themselves and understanding that you don’t need to be a superhero or wear a mask to reach your dreams and overcome fears,” said Jeremy Zag, founder and CEO of ZAG Studio, which created the series.
‘Miraculous’ Is Celebrating a Major Anniversary
The new Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir season also coincides with the Miraculous franchise’s tenth anniversary.

Where To Watch
Season 6 of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir will debut on Disney Channel and Disney XD on January 25 at 11 AM ET. Disney previously announced that the new episodes would stream on Disney+ after they air.
