In case you missed it, the 2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival kicks off on Friday, February 28th, and runs through Monday, April 21st.
The fan-favorite event will bring plenty of exclusive merchandise and live entertainment, along with tasty treats, spectacular sips, and exciting culinary demonstrations.

Beverage Education & Tasting Seminars
If you’re attending the 2025 Food and Wine Festival at Disney California Adventure this year, it’s time to break out your calendars!

The event’s NEW Beverage Education and Tasting Seminars will run on select days throughout the Food & Wine festival. But if you want to attend, you’ll need to BOOK YOUR SPOT ahead of time.
Guests can choose between four types of seminars: Beer and Cider Education & Tasting Seminars, Mixology Education & Cocktail Making Seminars, Wine Education & Tasting Seminars, and the Ethel M Chocolate & Wine Pairing.

The 30 to 40-minute guided tastings will take place at Sonoma Terrace and “answer questions and explain the secrets behind the sips.”
You’ll meet with celebrated winemakers, brewmasters, and mixologists like Jason McClain (founder of McClain Cellars) and Ethel M Chocolate historian David Borghesani.
