Back by popular demand, Morimoto Asia is proud to host the Ramen Rumble happening on Monday, January 27.

Partnering with event founders Sue and Jason Chin of Good Salt Restaurant Group, enjoy a vibrant evening with five of Orlando’s best and brightest chefs as they compete for the championship title, bragging rights, and the coveted “Broth Belt” trophy.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charity partner Give Kids the World Village.
How It Works
Each contestant will operate a station and present a unique style of ramen! Creative toppings and interesting textures will make for a unique offering, and guests will have the chance to sample and vote on their favorites.
The results will be tallied, and the next “Ramen Royalty of Central Florida” will be crowned.
