TRON Identity Program is Currently Down at Magic Kingdom
Get ready to enter the grid…or not. The TRON Identity Program at Tomorrowland Launch Depot is currently down in Magic Kingdom.
This popular experience allows guests to create a one-of-a-kind customizable action figure, but right now, there are no appointments available.
The Details
No details on what is happening, but our MickeyBlog reporter noticed earlier today that the experience was down.
When we spoke to a cast member, they confirmed that the experience is not operating right now and that they were unsure when it would reopen.
There is also no word on the closure or any details on what is happening.
Typically, guests can reserve their experience and check availability on the TRON Identity Program page, but right now, it states there are no available times for March 6.

Guests can normally enter the Grid through a Grid Digitization Portal located in the Tomorrowland Launch Depot and experience an incredible customization process. Your image is captured, and you customize your program.
Select helmet, body configuration, programs, and team color. And the coolest part? Visit the Command Input to record your own voice. Your new action figure will be ready in 60 minutes.
