Could Snow Be Coming to Central Florida?
Brrr! Are the rumors true? Could it possibly snow in Orlando soon?
The temperatures are chillier than usual right now in Central Florida, and if you are visiting Walt Disney World this weekend, you may want to pack some extra layers.

Orlando is about to experience a cold front that is coming through this evening and is bringing temperatures down to around 60° on Saturday.
Look Ahead
Looking ahead, temperatures for next week are only reaching below the 50s after a brief warm-up on Sunday and Monday.

It will definitely be cooler, but there is no snow in the forecast right now. With the temperatures dropping, many locals and visitors are wondering if it is likely.
Although it is unlikely to occur in the Disney World area, a potential Arctic air mass could impact Tallahassee.

To get snow in Central Florida, we would have to be positioned on the backside of a huge arctic cold front, and this happens rarely. “Golf effect” flurries could only appear if cold air blows over the warm Gulf of Mexico waters.

This weekend warms up to 60 and 70° but definitely starts cooling off around Tuesday. The low temperatures are dropping in the evening to the upper 30s and 40s.
