PHOTO: Chris Evans Manages to Remove the Sword in the Stone in Magic Kingdom!
As Chris Evans prepares to re-enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe for Avengers: Doomsday, the action star once again proves why he is the perfect Captain America.
During a recent visit to Walt Disney World, Evans stopped by Fantasyland, where he tried his hand at removing the Sword in the Stone.

As any Disney fan knows, removing the sword takes more than brute strength. So, would he succeed?
Evans Proved His Worth
Of course, he did!
Evans famously proved his worthiness when Steve Rogers was able to wield Mjolnir in Avengers: Endgame. It should be no surprise then that he was able to remove the sword.

Disney Parks took to Instagram to share the magical moment. In the photo, Evans happily poses with the raised sword.
“First Mjolnir, now the sword in the stone 🔨⚔️,” they captioned the post.

Per the inscription on the Fantasyland landmark, “Whoso pulleth out this sword of this stone and anvil is rightwise ruler born of England.”
I guess we can now add “royal” to Evan’s list of accomplishments! So congratulations, Chris.
Try It For Yourself
If you want to try your hand at the Sword in the Stone yourself, stop by the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel.
Be warned, however, that brute strength will not be enough to remove the sword. Instead, I have seen plenty of children achieve the feat!
