The Disney Difference: The Disney Wish Earned a Perfect Score on Its Last CDC Inspection
The Disney Cruise Line fleet is world-renowned for its immersive environments, world-class cuisine, and unparalleled customer service. Earlier this year, Disney was even named the top family cruise line!
When you think about a Disney Cruise ship, however, you also think about cleanliness. Like the Disney Parks, the Disney Cruise Line goes above and beyond to keep its ships spotless, shining, and sanitary.
The Disney Cruise Line’s commitment to cleanliness paid off last month when the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) inspected the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Wish.

While both ships passed their inspections with flying colors, the Disney Wish delivered a perfect score.
The Disney Cruise Line Passed With Flying Colors
To pass the CDC inspection, a vessel must score at least an 85. The most recent reports show that no Disney Cruise Line vessel was even close to failing.
The lowest-scoring ships were Disney Wonder and Disney Magic, scoring 96. The Disney Fantasy managed a 98, while the Disney Dream scored a 99.

Finally, the Disney Wish passed its inspection with a perfect score on November 8, 2024. It should also be noted that the Disney Fantasy received a perfect score in its two prior inspections, including one that took place on January 24, 2024.
Only 29 ships passed their CDC inspection unblemished, with two of those vessels being the Disney Fantasy and the Disney Wish.

So, if you plan on taking a Disney Cruise, you can rest assured that you will sail aboard the cleanest vessels in the world. Once again, the Disney difference has paid dividends.
