After rushing to the hospital, Gadot underwent emergency surgery. Before going under, the actress told her husband their unborn daughter was the light waiting for her at the end of the tunnel.
The couple would name her Ori, which means “my light.”
“Thanks to an extraordinary team of doctors at Cedars-Sinai Hospital and weeks of dedicated care, I made it through and began the road to recovery,” Gadot continued.

Gadot’s Wish
Gadot concluded her post by explaining the lessons she learned from her health scare.
“As we celebrate Hanukkah, a holiday of light and miracles, I reflect on the personal miracle I was granted. My daughter, Ori, is a constant reminder of the resilience, hope, and strength we carry within,” she concluded her post.
