Are The Simpsons Coming to Disney Parks?
Over the course of its 35-year run, The Simpsons has amassed PLENTY of dedicated fans.

So when Disney acquired the rights to the iconic series back in 2019, rumors began to swirl that The Simpsons could be coming to life inside the Disney Parks.
Of course, the series is famous for its crude humor and semi-adult content, making it a potentially dubious fit for any of Disney’s family-friendly theme parks.

But that hasn’t stopped the gossip mill, with things coming to a head this past month when a persistent rumor suggested that The Simpsons could be coming to Animation Courtyard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

At first glance, the rumor seemed extremely far-fetched.
But this week, Disney has fanned the flames – and given The Simpsons fans hope – with a NEW survey that suggests Homer, Bart, and the rest of the Springfield gang could find a home inside Disney Parks after all.

In a world of adorable furry animals and regal Disney Princesses, The Simpsons may seem like an odd addition to the Disney Parks lineup.

But despite the series’ reputation for off-color humor, The Simpsons is also surprisingly endearing, with unexpectedly heartwarming moments and (sometimes) sentimental themes.
As such, Disney has leaned into the series’ long-standing popularity, incorporating The Simpsons into its D23 event back in 2019 and airing The Simpsons X Star Wars short film on Disney+ in 2023. Most recently, the series joined forces with the NFL for The Simpsons Funday Football, which aired earlier this month on Disney+.

So, are The Simpsons coming to Disney Parks? The answer is…. maybe?
In a recent survey, Disney asked guests about several popular brands, franchises, and offerings – including The Simpsons.
In a new survey, Disney asks Guests about The Walt Disney Company’s brands, franchises, and offerings, including The Simpsons.
The answers include “Character meet & greets at the Disney theme parks” and “New lands or attractions at the Disney theme parks.”

The survey asked respondents to indicate offerings they “think would be valuable.”
Answers included “new lands or attractions at the Disney theme parks” and “character meet-and-greets at the Disney theme parks.”

Make of it what you will, but this is the strongest indication yet that The Simpsons could find a home in the Disney Parks after all.
