Trying Breakfast at the New Wailulu Bar & Grill at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort — Island Tower
The new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has just opened up! We’ve been able to tour a number of the rooms, like the 2-bedroom penthouse villa, the 1-bedroom villa, and the deluxe studio.

We’ve also been checking out the new restaurant at the tower! So, come along with us to try some breakfast at the new spot.

Breakfast at Wailulu Bar & Grill is a grab-and-go situation with a few fun options!
Let’s take a look at the menu.
Here’s a closer look. For food, you can grab things like a croissant, banana muffin, or the famous pineapple-coconut bread.

We decided to get the Pineapple-Coconut Bread for $4.79. You can only otherwise get this over at ‘Ohana in the main building of the Polynesian Village Hotel.
There are plastic utensils available for you to use, and they did give us a plate to use when we asked.
This bread is delicious!
It reminds us a lot of Hawaiian sweet bread that you can get in the grocery store.
There’s a really nice sweetness to it and it tastes very fresh!
The pieces of pineapple in the bread just add to the freshness and give a nice burst of flavor!
There is just the right amount of the sweet glaze on top and we loved the dusting of pineapple glaze on the bottom.
We would absolutely get this again!
