Check Out the 2-Bedroom Villas at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s Island Tower!
We had the privilege of attending the Grand Opening Celebration of the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows!
During the celebration, we got a peek at the Wailulu Bar & Grill and toured the various accommodations within the tower. And now, it’s time to tour a 2-Bedroom Villa–join us!
2-Bedroom Villa
The 2-Bedroom Villas at the Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are huge, accommodating up to 9 guests. They’re themed after water and earth, with the island-inspired (full) kitchen and dining area placed directly at the entrance.
The full kitchen has a sink, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster…
…fridge, and freezer.
The dining area has basket-enclosed ceiling lights hung over the dining room table, which has a bench and chairs.
Further in, there’s a living room with a large couch, ottomans, a coffee table, and a pullout bed directly underneath the television. The door to the main patio is also in that room. (We’ll go outside in a little bit, don’t worry!)
The pullout bed has artwork that takes you under the sea.
This shared space has one of three bathrooms within the villa and has a traditional layout with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The shower is gorgeous, by the way.
The main bedroom has more artwork and basket-enclosed light fixtures…
…with the bed positioned directly across from the television, dresser, and wardrobe. (There’s another entrance to the main patio here, as well.)
The bathroom has a gorgeous flower piece above the tub…
…which is next to the shower.
With so many reasons for guests to be in the bathroom (like a relaxing bath after a long day in the parks), the stall-style toilet area is extremely convenient.
The additional bedroom has two beds and a bathroom.
The bedroom is large, and the beds are surrounded by more basket-enclosed light fixtures and stand upon a leaf pattern rug.
Across the way is tons of surface and storage space, as well as a television! The artwork on the wall continues the earth-inspired vibes.
The bathroom has a geometric tile backsplash above the sink…
…a shower…
…and a toilet that also has stall-style privacy.
And the additional room has its own patio, separated from the one that the living room and main bedroom can access!
Speaking of, the main patio is spacious, providing gorgeous views of the surrounding areas.
That wraps up our tour of the 2-Bedroom Villas! We’ll keep touring the other accommodations in the new tower, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog.com.
