New ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ Soundtrack Available Today
Disney fans, get ready to roar with excitement! Walt Disney Records has just released the NEW Mufasa: The Lion King soundtrack.
The new soundtrack features seven original songs from the amazing Lin-Manuel Miranda.
A Musical Legacy
Lin-Manuel Miranda shared his enthusiasm for the project with Broadway.com earlier this month, saying, “The Lion King has an incredible musical legacy with music from some of the greatest songwriters around. I’m humbled and proud to be a part of it.”
He collaborated closely with director Barry Jenkins to weave an unforgettable musical tapestry for the film.

The soundtrack offers a moving lineup of songs, including “Ngomso” performed by Lebo M and “Milele” by Anika Noni Rose and Keith David.

Mufasa: The Lion King
