Walt Disney World Resort
1. Get Crafty at Disney Resorts
Let your creativity shine! Disney Resort hotels offer a variety of arts and crafts activities, from coloring sheets to unique projects like ostrich egg mosaics at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. Ask a cast member about the schedule and you can bring home a handmade holiday treasure.
2. Stroll Through the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Trail
Take a leisurely walk through Disney Springs and check out the themed Christmas trees. Your favorite Disney characters, Pixar pals, and Star Wars icons decorate the trees and don’t forget to use your MagicBand+ for interactive fun on the trail.
3. Check out the Music, Snowfall, and a Talking Tree
Live holiday music, festive stilt performers, and the charming talking tree, Douglas Fir, bring Disney Springs to life!
My favorite thing to do? Experience a Florida “snowfall” near the Town Center tree.
4. Marvel at Gingerbread Masterpieces
Discover breathtaking gingerbread displays at Disney Resort hotels! From a spinning gingerbread carousel at Disney’s Beach Club Resort to the life-sized gingerbread animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, these displays are amazing and make a great photo op!
5. Enjoy a Festive Pony Ride
Visit Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground for a $10 pony ride at the Tri-Circle-D Ranch. Afterward, say hello to Cinderella’s Ponies for an extra dose of Disney magic.
6. Collect Holiday-Themed Pressed Pennies
Pressed penny machines are available all across Walt Disney World, offering holiday designs starting at just $1. These make a great budget-friendly souvenir!
Disneyland Resort
7. Pose with Santa at Disneyland Resort Hotels
Santa makes special appearances in the Disneyland Hotel, Pixar Place Hotel, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa through December 24th. Don’t miss the chance for a magical meet-and-greet before he heads back to the North Pole.
8. Indulge in Seasonal Treats with Carolers
At Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, enjoy gingerbread-inspired goodies while listening to holiday mjusic and handbell carolers. Visit The Coffee House in Disneyland Hotel for hot cozy beverages under $5.
9. Follow Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail
For just $9.99, experience a brand-new ornament scavenger hunt in the Downtown Disney District. Grab a map from your resort or select merchandise locations and use stickers to track down hidden holiday ornaments- claim a collectible keepsake at the end!
10. Dance in “Snow” at Downtown Disney
