Meet the Long-Time Cast Members Welcoming Guests to the Island Tower
Disney Vacation Club is about to unveil the highly anticipated Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
The tower is the latest Disney Vacation Club property and is opening on December 17th, 2024.

It takes plenty of cast members to bring the Aloha Spirit to life, especially during a grand opening.
Two extraordinary Bell Services cast members, Losefa“Sefa” Leapai and Ervin “E.B.” Bracy, have been part of the Polynesian experience since the 1970s and continue making more magic.
Meet Polynesian Cast Members: Sefa and E.B.
Sefa joined Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in 1978, following his brother’s footsteps from Hawaii to Florida. Although not a dancer, he landed a role in entertainment, performing fire dances and playing music.
Eventually, Sefa transferred to Bell Services, where he’s been sharing Hawaiian songs and stories ever since. Whether serenading guests during celebrations or playing the ukulele at orientation, Sefa embodies the heart of the Aloha Spirit.
E.B. began his Disney career in 1973 and shares a similar passion for creating magic.
Describing his first day at the Polynesian as “love at first sight,” E.B. has spent decades ensuring guests experience the same wonder he felt upon seeing the resort’s iconic lobby.

In addition to his role, E.B. is often stepping in to help wherever needed.
The Island Tower
Opening in just a few days, the Island Tower represents a new era for the resort, blending Polynesian charm with modern storytelling and design.
The new tower offers an immersive escape for families seeking adventure, relaxation, and, of course, unforgettable Disney experiences.

Guests can look forward to enjoying Movie Under the Stars, Extended Evening Hours, and easy access to the resort monorail.
Moving Forward
These two cast members look forward to sharing Disney magic at the new location. Both men are recipients of the prestigious Walt Disney Legacy Award and exemplify what it means to be Magic Makers. Their commitment to kindness, community, and the Aloha Spirit has shaped the Polynesian experience for generations.
As they prepare to welcome guests to the Island Tower, their legacy continues.
