Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros to Close for Refurbishment in EPCOT
Construction and closures are a way of life in Disney World, aren’t they? After all, even our favorite attractions and restaurants need a little TLC from time to time.
We’ve gotten quite a bit of refurbishment news over the past few weeks, including the upcoming refurbishment of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster in Disney’s Hollywood Studios as the park prepares for its new Monsters, Inc. land.

But Disney’s Hollywood Studios isn’t the only park that’s getting attention these days.
Over at EPCOT, crews are hard at work transitioning Test Track into a new and improved model. And now, it turns out that the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros is next up for refurbishment.

Gran Fiesta Tour to Close for Refurbishment in EPCOT
Located inside EPCOT’s Mexico pavilion, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros is kind of a sleeper hit among Disney fans. It’s calm, quiet, and air-conditioned — and it stars a trio of beloved birds!

Honestly, if you haven’t hit this often-overlooked ride after a margarita from La Cava del Tequila, you’re doing it ALL wrong!

Unfortunately, if you were looking forward to some avian antics on your next visit to EPCOT, you might be out of luck.
On January 6th, 2025, the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros will close for refurbishment.

As of now, the attraction is scheduled to reopen on March 15th, 2025. The scope of the project is currently unknown, so it’s unclear what we can expect from the refurbishment.

Given the month-long timeframe, it seems most likely that we’re looking at general maintenance and upkeep.
