Ride Disney California Adventure’s Red Car Trolley Before it CLOSES This February!
Things are always changing at Disney Parks — and while we’re always SO EXCITED for what’s to come, making way for the NEW sometimes means bidding farewell to the old.

In case you missed it, Disney World is gearing up for several major expansions, leaving fans to mourn the loss of fan-favorite attractions like Muppet*Vision 3D in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the Rivers of America in Magic Kingdom, and DINOSAUR in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

But East Coast Disney fans aren’t the ONLY ones saying goodbye to their old favorites!
Change is ALSO afoot at Disney California Adventure, where construction will soon begin on the highly-anticipated Avengers Campus expansion.

Unfortunately, the upcoming changes (exciting as they may be!) have spelled the end for the park’s beloved Red Car Trolley.

Red Car Trolley to Close in February 2025
We already knew that Disney California Adventure’s Red Car Trolley would be closing next year. Now, we know that the LAST day to ride this fan-favorite attraction is officially February 8th, 2025.
Red Car Trolley
The Red Car Trolley, which debuted in the park on June 15, 2012, will end its run after over a decade of service.
The beloved attraction was inspired by the Pacific Electric Railway’s “Red Cars,” which operated in Southern California for over 60 years.

At Disney California Adventure Park, the Red Car Trolley provides convenient transportation between the park entrance near Buena Vista Street and Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood Land.
