Disney Shares Opening Timeline For ‘Zootopia: Better Zoogether!’ in Animal Kingdom
With DinoLand U.S.A.’s upcoming extinction and the future arrival of the Tropical Americas, 2025 will be a year of change for Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
As fans prepare to say goodbye to the dinosaurs and welcome Indiana Jones, it is easy to forget that another new attraction will soon debut in Disney’s “wildest” park.

I am, of course, talking about the new Zootopia attraction.
‘Zootopia: Better Zoogether!’
Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will officially open in the Tree of Life Theater in the winter of 2025.
The all-new 4D show will replace It’s Tough to Be a Bug, which has been a staple of Disney’s Animal Kingdom since it opened in 1998.
Originally announced at last August’s D23: The Ultimate Fan Event, Zootopia: Better Together! will be the first Walt Disney World attraction to feature Judy Hoops, Nick Wilde, and all of their furry friends.
While details on the project remain few and far between, Disney has revealed a poster for the upcoming attraction.

As you can see, all your favorite Zootopia characters will be featured in the new show. It also looks like we may get to hear Gizelle perform!
The End of the Line For ‘It’s Tough to Be a Bug’
Finally, while Disney has announced that Zootopia: Better Zoogether! will welcome guests in the winter of 2025, they have not yet revealed the closing date for It’s Tough to Be a Bug. So, if you want to say goodbye to Flik, Atta, and Heimlich, do so while you can!
