Let’s Try the Savory Beef Bourguignon at the Yukon Holiday Kitchen
Happy Holidays, and welcome to the first day of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!
We are LIVE at EPCOT and bringing you “first looks” and “first tastes” of the amazing new offerings!
We are continuing around the World Showcase and tasting some of the festive foods, like this amazing item from Yukon Holiday Kitchen!
Yukon Holiday Kitchen
The Yukon Holiday Kitchen is located near the Canada Pavilion.
The booth offers a great selection, including Sered Salmon with butternut squash purée, maple-bourbon glaze, fennel-arugula salad and Beef Bourguignon with crushed potatoes. They also have a Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie.
The kitchen has plenty of great drinks like the Frozen Joffrey’s Coffee (Non-alcoholic beverage), 81Bay Brewing Co. Peanut Butter Banana Porter, Regional Icewine, and more!

We tried the Beef Bourguignon for $7. This warm and comforting beef stew was served over delicious mashed potatoes and was perfect for a grey day like today!
The beef in the stew is a little dry, but the sauce is rich and flavorful.
The stew also contained big bites of onions, carrots, bacon, and mushrooms, which were tasty.
It was topped with a sprinkling of chives, which added a little bit of color. This is a savory bite we would get again.
