Join Us As We Complete the Holiday Cookie Stroll at the 2024 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays!
Season’s eatings–we mean greetings–from the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays!
That’s right, we’re here at the festival, digging into the holiday kitchens sprinkled throughout the park. And since we’re doing all this walking–and eating–we might as well participate in the festival’s Holiday Cookie Stroll!
Holiday Cookie Stroll
The Holiday Cookie Stroll has returned to the festival! To participate, you must grab a Festival Passport. You’ll need one to identify the qualifying cookies and collect your cookie stamps!
You must collect a matching stamp whenever you purchase a Holiday Cookie Stroll item. Once you grab five cookies–and collect their respective stamps–you’ll receive a prize! We started by grabbing the Spaceship Earth Tile Gingerbread Triangle from Experimental Prototype Cookies of Tomorrow…
…and got this matching stamp! While cute, the cookie was a major letdown. It was dry and super chewy–not a great combination. The gingerbread also didn’t provide a strong flavor. (Check out our full review of the kitchen here.)
Then, we got the Hazlenut Linzer Cookie from Bavaria Holiday Kitchen…
…and its stamp. It was, as always, one of our favorites! It was soft, moist, and sweet–thanks to the jelly. (Check out our full review of the holiday kitchen here.)
Third up was the SNICKERS Doodle Cookie from the American Holiday Table, which was chewy, soft, and a hit! It was a large cookie–so definitely shareable. (Here’s our full review of the holiday kitchen.)
We also got the Coffee Mocha Cookie from Mele Kalikimaka Holiday Kitchen, which had a dense, flavorless cookie with sweet, coffee-flavored icing on top. The icing carries the cookie, making it good, but definitely not the best the festival has to offer. (Full review of the holiday kitchen coming soon.)
Last up was the Cinnamon-spiced Chocolate Crinkle Cookie from Nochebuena Cocina! This wasn’t a true crinkle cookie, but it’s still great! It’s a delicious chocolate cookie with a sweet icing glaze. We hoped the cinnamon would’ve packed a more powerful punch, but it turned out pretty mild. (Check out the full review of the holiday kitchen here.)
Once we purchased our five Holiday Cookie Stroll items…
…and collected their matching stamps…
…it was time to bring our Festival Passport to Holiday Sweets & Treats, near the Port of Entry.
Once we showed the location our five stamps, we received our completion prize! This year’s prize is a Gingerbread Cookie mix with sprinkles and M&M’s!
The back of the bag provides the instructions for making the cookies.
So if you’ve got a sweet tooth during your festival visit, be sure to participate in the Holiday Cookie Stroll! And we’ll keep bringing you the latest from the festival, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog.com.
