WATCH: Disneyland Reimagines Sleeping Beauty Castle as a Gingerbread Creation in Magical New Video
With Thanksgiving just days away and December on the horizon, the holiday season is in full swing at Disneyland Resort.
Over the past couple of weeks, we have been bringing you updates on all the festive fun taking place across Disneyland Resort, including the merry Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party at Storytellers Cafe, the new create-your-own headband holiday icons, and the giant Christmas Tree that has arrived at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.
Now, however, I want to turn your attention to a sweet treat that Disneyland has created to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year!
A Gingerbread Sleeping Beauty Castle
In a new video posted on Instagram, Disneyland gave a behind-the-scenes peek at a new Sleeping Beauty Castle gingerbread house!

“There’s nothing sweeter than spending the holidays at the #Disneyland Resort. ✨ So follow along as we reimagine Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle as a castle made out of gingerbread! ❄️” Disneyland captioned the clip.
In the brief video, Disney bakery artisans bring Sleeping Beauty Castle to life with gingerbread, icing, and other sweet treats.
