Shanghai Disney Resort Comes Alive With Seasonal Magic For ‘Disney Winter Frostival’
As Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World continue their holiday celebrations, Shanghai Disney Resort is also joining the winter fun.
From November 8, 2024, through February 21, 2025, the resort is set to come alive for Disney Winter Frostival, a seasonal celebration featuring unique character interactions, festive entertainment, and more.

Winter Comes to Zootopia
For the first time ever, Zootopia is celebrating winter!
From now through January 1, 2025, Zootopia is holding the first-ever Winter Snow-Ball Festival, which includes a festive snow-ball tree and snow animal decor!

Judy Hopps and Nick Wild will also meet guests in special winter attire during the special festival!
Disney Winter Magic Cavalcade Returns
The fan-favorite Disney Winter Magic Cavalcade has also returned to Shanghai Disney Resort this season.

Every night, Mickey Avenue will transform into a winter wonderland for MIckey’s Snow Magic. Get ready for a winter story brought to life as Mickey, Minnie, and the Snowies use enchanting music, classic Disney tales, and a stunning snowfall to immerse you in a uniquely Disney winter environment.

‘Frostival! A Celebration of Winter’ and Faux Ice Statues
Enchanted Storybook Castle and Gardens Imagination have transformed this year for Frostival! A Celebration of Winter. The special experience uses lights, projections, and seasonal sounds to immerse guests in a winter environment.

The park’s popular faux ice statues are also returning this year! This year will see the debut of new sculptures of Gazelle, Fru Fru, Mr. Big, and more of your Zootopia favorites.

The Gang’s All Here
Last but certainly not least, Shanghai Disney Resort’s characters are getting in on the fun. Winnie the Pooh and friends from the Hundred Acre Woods will be meeting guests in their winter sports gear.
