It is Thanksgiving Week, and the holidays are here! Disney theme parks and resorts have been transforming over the last few weeks to prepare for the festive season.

Just a few days ago, the giant Christmas tree went up at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa!
Today, the gingerbread house is officially complete, and it is a must-see when visiting Disneyland.
Gingerbread Display Arrives
How festive and colorful is this year’s gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Californian? The sweet display features plenty of tasty sweets and some of your favorite Disney characters having fun.
The gingerbread house is 7 feet tall and weighs about 700 pounds. Keep your eyes open—there are 25 hidden Mickeys.
Cinnamon rolls, cupcakes, and frosted cookies are part of the fun.
Chip looks great in his green plaid onesie and reindeer-inspired outfit.

There are so many great details embedded into the display, everything from candy canes to Santa hats to seasonal details and more.
The Grand Californian gingerbread house is located in the lobby and is the perfect way to kick off the holidays.
