Christmas Comes to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
With the holiday season now in full swing at Walt Disney World, the Disney resorts have begun to come alive with festive fun and Christmas cheer!
Over the last couple of days, we have brought you updates on the merry and bright decor that has arrived at Disney’s Beach Club, Disney’s Yacht Club, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort!
Now, however, I want to turn your attention to one monorail stop over, where Christmas has come to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
The Polynesian Christmas Decor Will Have You Saying, “Mele Kalikimaka”
If you have ever dreamed of celebrating the holidays in the tropics, trading snow in for sand, and not worrying about a white Christmas, then Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is the place for you.

As you can see, the Great Ceremonial Hall has been decked out in holiday decor that combines the festive fun of Christmas with the spirit of the islands.

Here is a closer look at the resort’s Christmas tree!
Flowers, tropical ornaments, and even a surfboard decorate the flora.
Elsewhere in the lobby, garland has been hung with care…
…While illuminated wreaths line the walls.
Maui is even celebrating the season with a floral lei.
Finally, the happy tikis in front of BouTiki are getting in on the fun and are all dressed up for Christmas!
