New ‘Moana 2’ Display Arrives at Walt Disney Presents in Disney’s Hollywood Studios
The next great Disney story will be told on November 27 when Moana 2 sails into theaters.
Set three years after the events of the first film, Moana 2 will reunite audiences with an older and wiser Moana as she sets off on her greatest adventure yet.
“Before Maui stole Te Fiti’s heart, our ancestors wanted to connect our island to all the people of the entire ocean. It’s my job as a Wayfinder to finish what they started,” Moana explains in the film’s first trailer.

After waiting eight years to see what happens next in Moana’s story, fans are understandably excited. The first Moana 2 trailer broke the record for views as an animated film trailer, and early ticket sales indicate that the movie could be another Disney blockbuster.
‘Moana 2’ Comes to Walt Disney Presents
In anticipation of the arrival of Moana 2, Disney has installed a new display inside Walt Disney Presents.
Walt Disney Presents is located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, near the entrance of Toy Story Land.
Located in the back of the attraction, near the theater entrance, the display features concept art and character sculptures of Moana 2′s biggest stars.
One side of the display is largely dedicated to Moana and Maui. Here, fans can see character busts and concept art from the film.
According to the plaque, the artwork includes visual development pieces and key moments from the film itself.
The flip side of the case features Pua and Hei Hei.
As you can see, there are more sketches, visual development artwork, and character maquettes.
Here is a closer look at Pua.
And here is Hei Hei.
If you are as excited as I am for the arrival of Moana 2, head over to Walt Disney Presents and check out the new display!
