But what if I said you could befriend a banshee of your own? That you could bond with it, customize it, and take it out into the real world, where it would interact with other banshees?
If that all sounds good to you, LISTEN UP! A NEW collection of interactive shoulder banshees is on its way to Disney’s Animal Kingdom — and I promise, you won’t want to miss it!

Interactive Shoulder Banshees
We’ve seen some adorable shoulder banshees in Disney World before, but this time, Disney is taking it to a WHOLE new level!

On November 21st, a new generation of shoulder banshees is flying into Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

You can find the NEW interactive shoulder banshees at Windtraders, located at the exit of Avatar Flight of Passage.
Inside, you’ll make your way to the banshee rookery, where a Naturalist from Alpha Centauri Expeditions (i.e. a Disney Cast Member) will “help you connect with your very own interactive shoulder banshee.”

Once you’ve chosen the right banshee — and bonded appropriately, of course — you’ll use a wireless remote to customize your banshee’s personality. You’ll be able to direct their mouth, wing, and head movements, as well as their authentic banshee noises.
Want to take it a step further? You can also choose from three new accessory packs to create a unique, customized look. Choose a set for a streamlined look or mix and match to your heart’s content!

Naturally, your new interactive shoulder banshee will need a place to rest its weary wings!
This mossy green display perch is the PERFECT home base for your new best banshee bud.

Finally, when you take your banshee out into the wild, don’t be surprised when it interacts with other banshees!
