Runners Celebrate 15 years at the 2024 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend
It was an extra special race weekend as the 2024 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon celebrated its 15th anniversary.

Runners joined in the fun racing through the theme parks, meeting Disney characters, and enjoying fun entertainment themed to the medals.
In addition to it being a memorable weekend for the thousands of participants, it was even more special for the 98 Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon “perfect” participants. These runners are celebrated and recognized for finishing every year of the race since its beginning.
First Finishers
Special congratulations go out to the half-marathon first finishers. These runners finished with a celebration of confetti and their favorite Disney characters.

Disney
Lawrence, Kan., runner Josh Baden crossed the finish line at 1:16:29, two minutes faster than last year’s race winner.
On the women’s side, Lisa Hart, a UK native now living in Winter Garden, Fla., finished in 1:22:37.
Congrats to Linden Williamson of Seguin, Texas, who was the top wheelchair finisher with a half marathon time of 58:03.
Cast Members
Plenty of Disney cast members got up early to cheer on the participants and help bring this special event to life.
