Spreading Holiday Joy With Disney and Toys For Tots!
Today, the Walt Disney Company has officially launched its 2024 Disney Ultimate Toy Drive! This yearly holiday event brightens the season for countless children in need.

Teaming up with the Marine Toys for Tots Program, Disney is spreading holiday joy through toy donations. Partnering together for almost 70 years, Disney and Toys for Tots have impacted millions of lives and will continue the tradition this year.
Disney Shines a Light on Toys for Tots Volunteers
This morning, Good Morning America (GMA) shared a segment highlighting three dedicated volunteers with unique stories.

Sergeant Christos Toromanides, GypC Serna, and Staff Sergeant Xavier Montaie each bring a special connection to the mission of Toys for Tots:
- Sgt. Toromanides: A cancer survivor, Toromanides once received a Toys for Tots gift during a challenging hospital stay. Today, he’s a local assistant coordinator for Toys for Tots in Ohio, paying forward the kindness he once received.
- GypC Serna: In Texas, Serna serves as her chapter’s coordinator, inspired by her father’s legacy. Her father, a World War II veteran, organized toy distributions in her community during her childhood.
- SSgt. Montaie: Having been supported by Toys for Tots as a child, Montaie now leads an Ohio chapter, creating a full-circle journey of giving back.

These volunteers spend their holiday season collecting and distributing toys, ultimately embodying the spirit of giving through the Ultimate Toy Drive.
A New PSA
This year, Disney is elevating the Toy Drive’s message with a new public service announcement titled “Dear Santa.”
The PSA, narrated by actress Gina Rodriguez, features a Marine and a young girl on a journey to spread happiness. It will be broadcast across Disney’s platforms, including ABC, Disney+, Freeform, and National Geographic, raising awareness and encouraging donations.

“We are proud to continue Walt’s legacy and give the gift of happiness to children and families in need this holiday season with our good friends at Toys for Tots,” said Lisa Haines, Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Disney.
“This year’s Disney Ultimate Toy Drive promises to be one of the biggest yet.”
Get Involved in Disney’s Toy Drive
Anyone can participate in the Disney Ultimate Toy Drive by donating a toy through Disney’s official online store (DisneyStore.com/ToyDrive) or by visiting select Disney locations.
Donations are accepted at U.S. Disney Stores, Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort, and Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort.

Additionally, visitors to Cotino, a story-living community by Disney, can also drop off new, unwrapped toys.
