The holiday season hits the Disneyland Resort next week on November 15th! Are you ready for all the festive fun the season has to offer?
It’s almost time! Decorations have trickled into the parks, Sleeping Beauty Castle has received its yearly snowfall, and “it’s a small world” Holiday is hanging up their last lightbulbs. So, let’s prepare for everything the season has to offer by checking out the resort’s holiday entertainment guide!
Disneyland Resort Holiday Entertainment Guide
Disney Parks Blog released Disneyland Resort’s holiday entertainment guide! There’s a lot to cover, so let’s jump right in.
New Offerings
The new “Mirabel’s Gifts of the Season” celebration will take place Mondays through Fridays outside the entrance to Paradise Gardens Park in Disney California Adventure (DCA). The offering features Mirabel from Encanto, who’s celebrating the holidays with her friends via their Fiesta de Navidad party! Here, guests are encouraged to sing along to the film’s beloved songs.
Over on DCA’s Buena Vista Street, the new “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel!” will take place Mondays through Fridays. The nighttime show is full of stories and songs, celebrating the holidays. Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland and dancers will perform a bilingual show of Christmas songs, which ends with a rendition of “Silent Night” sung by Miguel from Coco.
The new “Holiday Fun with Santa and Friends!” at Disneyland’s Fantasyland Theatre will take over the area daily. Throughout the day, Santa Claus and Disney characters will appear for photos. Additionally, there will be craft-making and sing-alongs of holiday classics!

On Saturdays and Sundays, Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party will occur in DCA, hosted by The Three Caballeros! The show has Mexican folklórico dancers and mariachis, uplifting Brazilian samba dancers and percussionists, and more–including Mickey and Minnie in their fiesta attire!
Starting November 16th, the “Disney Holiday Dance Party” will jam out nightly at Disneyland’s Tomorrowland Terrace! The party will have holiday tunes and character appearances!
There will be special character appearances all around the resort, with Mickey and his friends showing off their festive looks, and other characters making special appearances–like Mirabel! You can find her on select days in DCA’s Paradise Gardens gazebo. (There will also be special character encounters at the holiday dining offerings at Goofy’s Kitchen and Storytellers Cafe.)

There will be new bands and groups, like Joy, Rangoli Rhythms, Malaya Filipino American Dance Arts, Keali’I O Nālani & Daniel Ho, and returning fan favorites like Blue13 Dance Company and The Mistletoes. (You can find a full list of performers and daily showtimes on the Disneyland website.)
The resort hotels are also celebrating the holidays with holiday decorations and holiday carolers on select days throughout the season. Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, starting November 22nd, Disney’s Grand Californian will have live holiday jazz in the Great Hall.
